The border between Poland and Slovakia runs through the Tatra Mountain. Because of that, lovers of active leisure can find many great possibilities here: hiking and mountain climbing, skiing in ski resorts, cycling and walking in the woods. After that, you can rest in one of countless spas and water parks.
Slovakia also has many interesting places to see, with some of them being on UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites list, like Spiš Castle – one of the biggest of its kind in Central-Eastern Europe. Also worth seeing is the medieval city centre of Bardejov, St. Aegidius church and the awe-inspiring buildings around the main market. Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital, is situated on the River Danube by the border with Austria and Hungary. The city is also called Danube’s gem.
If you want to explore Slovakia, come to MAGIS 2016 and choose one of the experiments which will take place here. It will be the best opportunity to discover this place by yourself!
