How much does your life have in common with the life of Jesus?
He went up the mountain and called to him
those whom he wanted, and they came to him.

Today’s Reading comes from the Gospel according to St. Mark (Mark 3:13-15)
Situations happen to us which give us life and there are those that take it away from us.
The earthly life of Jesus was similar: crowds listened to Him, but were thrown away by the religious authorities;
a group of disciples surrounded Him, but one of them turned out to be a traitor;
He was guiltlessly sentenced to death, but after three days he Rose Again.
What similarities do you see between your life and the life of Jesus?
Jesus gathered the Apostles, above all so that they would be with Him, so that they would accompany Him.
Will you allow Jesus to invite you into His life?
Your life can be accompanying Jesus, in His difficulties and in times of gladness.
Which Jesus is closest to you?
The teacher, the poor one, the one who listens to the Father, or maybe the Jesus who is in prayer?
